Welcome to Badger Tattoo. My name is Gale Levins. I've been an artist here in the Gunnison Valley for over 27 years. I've been fortunate to live in this exquisite area, surrounded by the grandure of the mountains. The abundance of wildlife and diversity of nature have been a great inspiration to my artistic endeavors. I'm competitive at heart, as an athlete, and in many other aspects of life, and constantly strive to do better, whatever the tasks on hand may be. I received my Bachelors in Art at WSCU and focused on commercial and fine art in the realm of painting, print making, and design.  I have continued to create, primarily with acrylics, throughout my adult life. With 10 years in the medical field and a longing to use my hands as my trade, skin has now become my favorite canvas in which I create.
